I have read the information outlined in the general house rules and kitchen rules and guidelines, and understand that the fees listed are for the use of the building only. I understand that the fee doesn’t include any tablecloths or chair covers. I will provide the dates and times for all deliveries and return of food and equipment 1 week prior to the event. I will provide the Social Hall table arrangements locations and seating plan at least two weeks before the event. I have sent in a $200 deposit. The total bill will be paid 1 week before the event.
